FREEDOM LOST...............POSTCARD FROM THE WORLD BENEATH.

Tomorrow is 15th of August, Indian Independence day. A day when it all comes back to us, we feel a wee bit more patriotic, it feels nice to hear 'Sare jahan se acha Hindustan humara' being played at the near by park, a little later gathering of familiar faces from the neighbourhood, unfurling of Tiranga, and in the end children's favorite part, the sweet distribution. Great fun isn't it ?

Well, not far from the venue of this familiar annual ritual , the story doesn't change at all. 15th August is just another day. Look around, and you'll find that for many the freedom never came. In fact it flew the other way, the wrong way, to somewhere far away.

FOR SOME THE TRICOLOR IS A PRICELESS SOURCE. THEIR ONLY TICKET TO MAKE BOTH ENDS MEET. ...................STILL LONG WAY TO GO. ISN'T IT ????
