OF PAIN AND GAIETY................TWO NATIONS AND ONE POSTCARD.

I look around and all I see 
feeling of sadness that was just momentary
Yesterday's red forgotten, today they are playing with different colors merrily 
One  nation still shrouded in misery and the other preparing for festivity.

BRING THEM ALL ............MORE GUJIA PLEASE !

"Stressed spelled backwards is desserts. Coincidence? I think not !" I really like this dessert quote from an unknown author. It's Holi today and I am not going to hide my fondness for sweets. Do I have a sweet tooth? Well, you could say that:-). I think having sweets is a great way to destress. Holi is incomplete without savoring the special GUJIA ( traditional Indian dessert ). It's a sweet Indian dumpling, filled with an almond and raisin mixture. I just love them. BRING THEM ALL I SAY, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM..........COLOURS CAN WAIT.
