Eagerly awaited Air force One has finally landed on the Indian soil and the hullabaloo amongst the world media has reached a crescendo as The Obamas and their entourage moves into Lutyen's Delhi after the much written, televised Mumbai visit. Despite the fact that their impeccable credentials precedes where ever they may choose to go, Mrs & Mr. President are leaving no stone unturned and can be seen making an extra effort ... going that extra mile to charm the people of India.

GONE TOO SOON !..............TALE OF A GRIEVING MOTHER

The spark for this post came from a mothers fight to be buried with her only son, who died in the Iraq war, in a national veterans cemetery . This is the story of Denise Anderson and her son Corey Shea who died on Nov 12th, 2008 in Mosul. Though as per the law, the chance is only offered to the spouses or kids of dead veterans; Corey Shea was 21, single and childless, still Anderson is fighting tooth and nail and is challenging the burial policy. Let's hope a loving mother wins in the end.
